We have had to call for plumbing problems. Both times he came out the same day the first time he came out within an hour the second time it took a couple hours before he could make it out. The second time was also on a Saturday. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends. I am not sure if overall his rate would be considered high or low but for his knowledge and promptness I feel like his prices were right on. I have no complaints.

Excellent, fast service. Called within 1/2 of our leaving message. Came and checked the problem. Came the following day with everything he needed and within a little over an hour we had lovely hot water. Pleasing to deal with, reasonable rates. Thank you, Mr. Harris!

They replaced a pressure reducer valve at my house. Later that day it developed a leak at the pipe leading to the water softener. I couldn't call immediately due to my work schedule. So 2 days later i called them. Nobody available so i waited til 9:00 PM for return call. I explained exactly where the leak was but the guy i talked to couldn't understand so he asked me to send him some pictures. Then he told me he was out of state and couldn't get to me til late in the day 2 days away. I thanked him for nothing and told him I'd fix the leak myself and hung up the phone. In my opinion...not acceptable customer service.
