We were so impressed with their exceptional quality of work. John and his helper replaced our hot water heater. They showed up within an hour of calling and finished in a reasonable time. We definitely will remember APPS in the future!

A rare find in this day and age. Outstanding service, would give 10 stars! Needed installation of water treatment system we ordered online. Install was complicated, water heater and lines needed to be moved before system could be installed. We were kept abreast of progress along the way as a team worked to ensure it was done properly. Additionally, considerable time was spent explaining how to maintain the system. Despite the extensive time spent, the final amount of the bill was Exactly the same as quote before work started. HIGHLY recommend American Professional Plumbing.

I cannot say enough good things about APP! We had a leak in our septic pipe which lead to Bobby discovering about a million other issues within our system left over from the prior owners of the home. Bobby came immediately to fix the most urgent issue and returned a day later with a team of 6 people to do the proper repairs which turned into a 13 hour job after they found issue after issue. I completely appreciated that although it was late, Bobby and his team addressed every single issue and did not leave until EVERYTHING was fixed. After the mess we had from before, Bobby and his teams work speaks for itself. Our new pipe lines and vent are BEAUTIFUL! We are so very grateful for this company, Bobby, his team, and they definitely have gained costumers for life!

John and his associate were wonderful!! John explained to me that I was correct in my assessment of my leaking kitchen sink issue along with a garbage disposal that shook my house and both neighbors on either side of me. John told me what needed to be done to correct the problems and what parts I would need. He also took a look and assessed and additional hose bib problem for me that has been bad since I bought this house 7 years ago. The non-working hose bib was replaced with a new frost free one and he gave me an access panel inside my basement directly behind the offending hose bib!! I no longer have to get up on a step ladder to turn the valve off and on. As a widow who has a big lab with huge paws that aren't the best for using a cell phone my family is relieved to know I won't be climbing up the step ladder every time I need to use the hose out back!!! He even offered to help me but all of the cleaning and dish washing items back under my kitchen sink. I would absolutely use them again!!! CGC
