Zach Thomas gave me a call 15 min before showing up and was very knowledgeable. Explained all of our options well and showed extreme professionalism. We loved the personal bio given on Zach before he showed up. Would definitely recommend Hargraves!!

Hargrave's came out very promptly to repair our shower. they were clear on what the issues and cost were and timely in repairs. Our two techs were great, and very considerate, even taking off their shoes to work in our home. I love the technology- forward communication they use (text messages and phone calls) with even sending a picture of the technician/professional you should be expecting. In today's day and age, this is valued because you can never be too sure who to trust with your business. We had previous experience with another local plumber that we were not nearly this satisfied with! I will be recommending to all our friends and family going forward!

Excellent service! Zack knew just what to do repair our toilet leak and a number of minor faucet issues that we had around our house. He was able to come the next day after we put in the service request. We appreciate all his help and hard work. He even stayed later than 5:00 to finish. Thank you!
