Highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing for your bathroom, kitchen, sink etc! Had a great experience with Logan and Jonah! They were transparent and upfront about all the repairs needed and also recommended that can or could be made to better accommodate/meet customer expectations! I had them fix 2 bathrooms, fix 3 bathroom sinks and also fix kitchen sink. I had another plumber install all listed above but didn’t do a great job, moving forward it was lesson learned to FIRST contact 5 star plumbing before calling any other plumbers. They fixed my horrible experience and probably installed what I needed. So everyone reading this please contact them first and you will never need another plumber. They took our worried and stress away! Thank you again 5 star plumbing, and also Logan and Jonah. Please ask for them when contacting. The amount of great experience I had with them, they need to change their name to 6 star plumbing! 6 out 5 stars!

Logan Kincanon and his crew were outstanding. They installed 2 gas lanterns and moved a gas line. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They took time to research everything that was needed for the job. They were super professional, friendly, and very informative. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. By far the best plumbers that we know.

This is some of the BEST customer service out there! Not just plumbing, in all of the services I’ve ever experienced. Communication was top notch and thorough. From the start to the end this company blew the project out of the water. From high quality parts and supplies to the expert knowledge of the technicians I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to A Five Star Plumbing Company for the outstanding job they did installing my gas lanterns. The old gas lanterns were beyond repair and had to be totally replaced. Logan and Jonah removed the lanterns and then cut into the existing stucco so that an extension could be added to the copper line to fit the new gas lanterns. These plumbers/technicians were very patient with me and explained the process before and during each phase of the project. It is an expensive project and I had no idea what I was in for when I purchased the lanterns from New Orleans. Two lanterns cost $1325, but they are beautiful. The removal and installation was another $2000 because the new lanterns were a different size and shape from the original ones. I appreciate Logan and Jonah so much for their attention to detail, kindness, patience, and expertise. This company truly impressed me and that isn't always easy to do!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them a few times for various things (hot water heaters, gas lanterns) and they are so easy to work with. The customer service at A 5 Star Plumbing is top notch. I wish all companies around here were this clued in to how important good customer service is!
