We needed to schedule a back flow test and my husband contacted G.T. Campbell Plumbing. From the initial scheduling process to the actual job, everything went smoothly. We were met by Thomas, who did the back flow test. Unlike most, he actually introduced himself and wore booties over his shoes to come into the house. Afterwards, he explained whether we passed or not and answered all my questions/concerns. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely choose to work with this company again. I was very happy and told my husband he did a good job searching for a reputable company. Definitely recommend.

G.T. Campbell plumbing was recommended to me and am thrilled with the work they did! Free estimate, easy scheduling and both George and Thomas were great! Took out an old cement utility sink and replaced it with new double durastone sink and updated all plumbing. Thomas was here the longest, answered all questions, very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to make sure everything was done right! Very reasonably priced and plan yo use them in future for other plumbing needs! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Wonderful experience with George and Thomas. No charge to come out and quote the job after diagnosing the problem. Fair and competitive prices. Customer service was second to none! They worked around our schedule!!! Communication was first rate! Several calls and texts to confirm and verify dates and times. Changed the service date to accommodate us. Both gentlemen are very friendly and explain things in layman terms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very friendly and quick service! Thomas was not only professional but also extremely kind and informative. Since we didn’t have an inspection when we bought the house, we had very little information about the plumbing. Thomas went above and beyond—he came for a backflow device inspection but took the time to explain so much more about how things work in our home. I learned a lot from him. Highly recommend!
