Skylar replaced a 4" copper upstairs toilet waste which had developed a pinhole leak in the 4" elbow. Came out to look at the problem, gave me an estimate, and did the work right away. Took about 3 hours to replace the copper waste with pvc. Am very pleased with the work.

Both Dakota and Garrett came to my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Dakota did a great job getting the faucet installed. He was also mentoring Garrett. Our only problem was the old faucet was difficult to get out. Dakota had all the tools he needed to cut the old faucet fitting and take it out. I highly recommend Dakota and will definitely call Grizzly again. I might add that the job was done in very good time!

Grizzly Plumbing’s owner/operator, Jason, sets the standard, by operating an outstanding business. His professionalism and hard work was not only demonstrated by him, but demonstrated by all of his employees. We had a major renovation on our home that included completely changing the plumbing in our home. Over the course of the job we had the pleasure of dealing with a number of Jason’s staff. All of them were respectful and willing to answer our questions and address changes as they arose. I seldom right reviews; but I’m happy to give Grizzly Plumbing the highest marks and a great review. I would not hesitate to contact Jason for all our plumbing needs.

Our project started out well like most people who left good comments about Grizzly Plumbing. During the site visit Jason was very responsive, timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. When you read the reviews you get the feeling that Jason is on the Job site from start to finish. Jason was present for the initial site visit and the first day of the project for a short period time to drop off bulk materials. Jason never said in the time leading up to the start of the project that he was going to send out a group of apprentices with little or no supervision. Jason, could have fixed things quickly with us but he wanted to believe the lies of his unprofessional crew over the customers who had no reason to lie. We reported the issues quickly to Jason that his crew chipped our brand new tile floor, they failed to remove a shower drain line (which caused damage), they improperly installed the water to the fridge ( after Daniel did not measure the distance to the fridge & botched the installation three times causing damage to our flooring and subfloor). There were many more issues but I want to highlight the big things. Instead of coming to the site & taking charge of the situation to make sure to project was completed correctly. Jason, disappeared for over a month & half. Then, I had to reach out to him to find out grizzly plumbing’s insurance company was going to work our case to repair the damage caused by grizzly plumbing. Finally, grizzly plumbing’s insurance company made us spend weeks trying to find a contractor to make repairs at a depreciated value. The company has proven that it is not able to manage it team’s time on and off the job site. The teams would show up late, missing materials, and lacking the tools necessary to finish the job, which is why they didn’t ever do a full days work. Most days they would leave the job without cleaning up or finishing simple tasks that could have eliminated the amount of days they spent out on the site. We never dictated to Jason’s teams that they needed to show up with 4 workers when there was only enough work for 2 workers. There was at least 4 days when the workers would show up later or would Leave early because they were working other jobs. We would have paid for a job well done but clearly they are not capable of doing that. The progress payments were made but there were very few tasks that were actually completed and correct. Jason, would have known that if he had come on the job site other than five minutes to look at the damage Dan caused to our kitchen floor and subfloor.
