Dontae and Albert came on time - discovered that our old garbage disposal was leaking (plumbers are good at finding water} sold & installed a new one and installed our RO faucet - which was the original purpose of the appointment - cleaned everything up and ventured on to the next water problem. Try to get the east neighbor with Russian Olive trees to let you trim a few branches so drivers on 8th Ave can see all of your sign - these trees make a great frame for the sign - just a little trimming!

Great experience with Kindred Plumbing. Huge shout out to Jeremy for going above and beyond on a recent call to fix a leak in my daughter's basement. My daughter discovered a leaky pipe in her basement right before heading out of town for work. Kindred added on the schedule for next appointment a few days out. When they had a cancelation they called to see if they could come an earlier day. I showed Jeremy the issue and mentioned a few other things we needed updated and he produced a couple of options with total cost for each. I opted to have him do the extras which included having a lever to turn the water off in the house in a location that would be more accessible and a couple other items in addition to the leak. As he was finishing up the fix to leak he noticed a couple of others ares where connections were faulty, so he fixed those as well! Jeremy was great at explaining the fixes needed and gave me updates during the process. Very friendly and quick service. We'll certainly use Kindred for all of our future plumbing and heating needs. Thanks again Jeremy for taking care of my daughter's emergency leak and additional fixes!

This company saved my mother. My mother is aging and had not only her water heater fail. But her furnace go out at the same time. One call to Kindred and they came out to save the day. They are a wonderful company. They do answer the phone 24/7. Due to the weather at the time, they couldn't get to her the minute she called. But they got there the next day. Which worked out just fine. The technician that showed up turned out to be the supervisor and was outstanding! He went over all the details of what needed to be done. As well as the costs of everything. They got everything installed and back to working like a dream. Her energy costs have gone down since too. Which is a great bonus! They've even followed up with her to make sure it's all still working well. They sent her flowers as a token of gratitude for her business. That truly shows how much this company cares for their customers. She's going to be a Kindred customer for life! Thank you Kindred Plumbing and Heating!!

Sunday morning isn’t a good day for a leaky pipe, but thankfully, Kindred Plumbing made the problem short-lived. Donato arrived at our house in less than an hour, quickly determined where the pin hole leak was, and professionally made the repair, Thanks for the prompt, professional, and personable service. We’re very happy with the services he provided.

The technicians are very knowledgeable. They are able to give multiple options and discuss them in a way that I can understand. They have always left my home neat & clean and I trust them completely. I have recommended to all of my family and friends 5/6/25 Kindred was at my home again today to fix a cracked ball valve on our vacuum breaker for our sprinkler system. Kevin did an amazing job explaining what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner.
