Called GA-Lina for my water heater after a few friends told me they were reliable. They sent out Adam and Sebastian to look at it. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and did great work. Will definitely use this company again if I need work done. Highly recommend!

GA-Lina Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company for a pool issue, and at first, we were hesitant about using them due to some other reviews. But they actually were really great! Brian and his crew were professional and friendly, they let us know when they were on their way, and they repaired and replaced our pool parts within the week. Highly recommend!

American Homeshield Service assigned them to repair my pool pump. 4 Days after they were assigned my repair I still had not heard from them, I called AHS and told them I wanted another contractor, after a brief on hold time, I was told that Ga-Lina would call me within 2 hours to set up a repair visit. 2 hours later I received the call, explained what the issue was and the individual said "sounds like your pool pump is bad", we made an appointment for the next day (Friday) late morning to early afternoon. At 4:35 I called the number and asked when they were going to arrive and asked if they were going to work in the rain. The response was, I will get there when I get there tonight, he would not provide a timeline. He said since he was a plumber, his priority was not with pool pumps and I was not a priority. He also stated that the session would only be to "diagnosis" not to repair. This is even though I had placed my work order 4 days earlier and they had not responded. I asked if he drove to his other customers that he had decided would be a higher priority than me and he said Yes. I asked if his phone worked and if so, why couldn't he have called me on the drive since he had said he was too busy to call me. He did apologize but did so with an attitude. I cancelled our meeting and called AHS and said that Ga Lina plumbing would not come to my residence ever due to their professionalism and attitude of their workers. I paid for them to come to me, no response until I called my home warranty, then a no show after I took 5 1/2 hours off of work, no call, and an attitude stating I was not a priority or emergency but he had a phone that could have been used to call me to give me an updated status. Poor customer service, reliability is non-existent, workers disrespectful to customers. I have informed AHS that they will never be assigned a work order for my house. It's a shame because all that was needed is a phone call and respect.

I called Brian after learning a root had broken my sewer line. Brian was working another project, but he and his team made time to take care of my issue later the same day. They did great work for a fair price. I'm very happy I made the call.

I am so grateful to this amazing team for helping me out with an emergency faucet leak. They were so helpful and went out of their way to fix my problem right away. They were professional and compassionate. Could not recommend them more.
