Geary Plumbing & Heating Repair

Called Reids plumbing a few months ago to replace the faucet for the bathtub/shower. I bought the new faucet at Lowes and he installed it. It works fine but attention to detail was missing and $600 later the picture tells the story.

The top part of this review is more recent: Steve Reid is the best! He also repaired our toilets in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom. We simply would not consider using another person to take care of our plumbing needs. We trust him and are very satisfied with his work. This part is from our first experiencedI decided to add this to Steve Reid is totally professional, responsive & reasonable. He came by on a Saturday and was able to effectively repair an old leaky basement pipe. He also fixed a broken hot water faucet in our spare bathroom. We could not be happier and will use this service in the future.

I called Steve blindly because he could come out on a weekend, and he was super responsive and super prompt. Unfortunately he needed to order toilet parts but he was back two days later to do the installation. In fact, he had to go back to the supplier that same day because of some missing pieces, but he came back the same day and also came back the next day for some adjustments. Steve is a great guy, friendly, responsive and professional. We will use him again!

Reid's Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Responsive, excellent quality, and a fair price. He didn't charge me an 'emergency fee' for work that was performed late at night. I highly recommend Reid's Plumbing for any plumbing related problems you may have!

I called on a weekend to have someone come to fix my outdoor water spigot so I could water my garden. Steve answered the phone, explained that he was on a job but asked me to leave my contact information and he would get back to me and would come to see the job that same afternoon. He showed up right on time and after assessing the problem, told us we could easily fix it ourselves since it was only a replacement issue. He could have charged us and done the job himself but was honest and straightforward. We followed his instructions, spent less than $5.00 at Home Depot for the part and did the job ourselves. Everything works so I'm not only happy but wanted to share this so others will know he is reliable and honest and I would call him again in a heartbeat if I had a plumbing issue.
