Customer service was excellent and able to set up an appt quickly. Jason, our technician was great! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything about our AC system in basic terms easily to understand. Thank you for great service!
Extremely unprofessional company. Quoted us for a job they promised to finish in 2 hours it’s still not done after 4–5 days. They kept changing the schedule, didn’t show up on time, and wasted our time. Do not recommend.
If you want to be overcharged, then go ahead and give them a call. I was quoted $700 for replacing a part that can be bought for less than $50! And changed out in less than 5 minutes!!! I know this because I replaced it after being quoted that insane fee! I couldn't believe my ears when he told me that price. They are nice and talk to you with a smile, but they are charging beyond insane prices for even cheap and fast fixes. I'm so happy I am handy and am a mechanic by trade, so I had the tools to make the repair and enough knowledge to not get screwed over. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you dont mind lighting money on fire.
Keegan was great! Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. The real deal. I would like for him to be our guy all the time!
