Other plumbers I contacted before wanted to do a lot of extra work that wasn’t really needed, and their prices were much higher. Bobby took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and all my options in simple terms that made sense. On the last visit, he even found out that a brand new septic tank we’d had installed wasn’t up to code. Willie did the job quickly and with great care. He was friendly and worked hard. He even took away the old water heater, the box, and all the mess, leaving my house in great shape.
