Eric's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

We’ve used Eric’s Plumbing for a last 4 or 5 plumbing jobs and they have been great! Today, Richie and Bob came to help us clean out the sewer line that backed up last night. They were prompt, kept me informed, and were friendly and easy to work with. Great professionals!

There aren't enough stars to select! Our family was beyond satisfied with the service and care offered by Eric and his partner Fred. One of our water heaters began leaking yesterday. I called Eric late in the afternoon and he walked me through how to drain the affected tank to prevent further damage to our carpet. It was a timely solution made easy thanks to his guidance. He also offered a very reasonable price on the replacement of both heaters, as they had each exceeded life expectancy by 3 years. He adjusted his schedule and arrived bright and early this morning to do the replacement. Not only did they replace the water heaters, he also cleaned out our clogged drain and helped fix a stiff toilet flush handle. It was quick, informative, and professional. I am so glad we chose Eric's Plumbing for this service. We are blessed to escape a potential worse tragedy only having had to take 1 cold water bath :). Thank you Eric and Fred!

Eric's Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and we had a great experience with them! Our water heater had to be turned off and replaced suddenly. Eric's was able to get a plumber, Chris, out the next day to give us an estimate. The price was very competitive compared to the other estimates we received. When Chris arrived, he was very efficient and thorough. We didn't feel high pressured into buying immediately. When he came back for installation, he was able to get everything hooked up, even in our tight space. We wouldn't have any concerns calling on Eric's again in the future.

Richie, from Eric's plumbing, was professional and courteous throughout the process. It was largely due to the excellent experience we had with Richie at our daughter's house on her plumbing project that led us to use Eric's ourselves. Richie completed the replacement of our pressure control valve and water heater in about 2 and 1/2 hours, cleaned up after himself and charged us the agreed upon price. Eric's Plumbing overall was also very positive to work with. They always answered the phone when we called, gave us a window of time to expect Richie, called us the morning of the scheduled work to confirm Richie's arrival time -- and he arrived as committed.

We love Eric’s Plumbing at our facility. We have had to call them for several different non-related issues. They’re always fast and fair with their pricing. Hunter and Alex are great at what they do! Alex came out today and reinstalled a backflow and made sure every line was clean and in working order. He was so nice and we appreciated his hard work!
