Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This was our second sewer backup in 4 months. I used another company the first time but changed to Roto Rooter this time. Adrian came in and diagnosed the issue and had restoration here just in case they were needed. He was friendly and answered my questions and fixed the issue quickly. I’ve found my sewer company!!

I had my water heater replaced recently and the service was great. The technician came on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the job quickly. He made sure everything worked well before he left and cleaned up the area. I also got a $500 discount, which made it even better. The new water heater works perfectly, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I had a very pleasant experience with the dispatcher and the services connecting me with the tech. My tech was not very good however. When he initially started my repair he left the fixture in a place where it ended up getting broken. When he was searching for a replacement, he claimed he couldn’t find one locally and it would be up to two weeks for a replacement. I then had to search to find one on my own and I did end up finding one locally. Over not a great experience.

Sean was fabulous! Explained the job in advance, helped with educating me on future maintenance of my lines (primarily proper use of the disposal and what goes into it and what doesn’t), and then explained what he found at the end of the service. He was clean and well spoken and kept the job site clean. He worked with us on pricing as much as he could. Pricing was reasonable considering how fast they were able to come out and address the problem. Work is covered under a 6 month warranty so that’s an added bonus. Recommend Roto-Rooter with 5 ⭐️’s

Jose was fantastic—kind, informative, and attentive to every detail. He truly listened to what we needed and delivered beyond expectations. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain my water softener and ensure I understood everything, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. What really stood out was his kindness—he even took a few minutes to greet our excited dogs, remembered their names, and could tell them apart! If I ever need service again, I’d absolutely request Jose. His expertise and friendly approach made our experience well worth it.
