YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and Electric

We chose YES heating and air because they replaced our furnace two years ago and we were looking to add AC. The installation we received was not the one we were promised. Our home looks like ET was here. The techs placed the AC units not where it was agreed upon, when asked about it, there was a miscommunication between the technicians that were on site doing the installation. The techs have left and the job wasn’t done as promised. There are wires and hoses running everywhere across our siding. One of the wires is ran right below the water valve and we are not able to use it.

This company is fantastic! From my first chance meeting with their sales representative at Home Depot where they have a joint provider contractor, to their highly trained technician installation team, and their very efficient administrative operations staff. Every step of the way, these professionals performed with precision in replacing the aging HVAC equipment, in my home with a new state-of-the-art, modern system.

From the moment he arrived, Nick was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, walked me through all my options, and made sure the job was done right. You could tell he truly cared about the quality of his work and our comfort. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and great customer service like Nick did. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. If you’re looking for reliable service and top-notch technicians, I highly recommend YES! and definitely ask for Nick if you can!

Good customer service. Great product which is not made by them but you have to buy it through them unless you get one second-hand (we purchased a new generator from them and payed them to install it). They did a good job. However, they use a good product to scam the consumer into overpaying for the install. Tip: buy the generator but don't let them near your place to install it. Void the warranty by hiring a licensed electrician and plumber (not a big company) to install it. The amount you save will be more than the cost of a new generator if you ever need to replace it, and it will probably be installed by someone with more experience as many of their techs are company trained.

I explored 5 different companies before deciding upon Yes to install a standby generator. The price that Yes quoted was way lower than anyone else, and their quoting process was way more detailed than anyone else. Kudos to Roger for his expertise in the quoting process and his availability when I had questions. The technicians, Jared and Thomas, showed up on time, were fast and accurate in their work. The whole process went smoothly. I could not be more pleased.
