Element Plumbing LLC

Element told me they could do a gas pressure test and send an affidavit to the city so I can get hot water turned back on. They came, milked me for extra work, charged me $450 then 3 days later still have not pulled the permit they charged me for or sent the affidavit to the city. When called on this, the woman who answered was very dismissive and lied that they sent it. I still do not have hot water from the flood on 7/11. I understand these companies are very busy, but this is not okay. If they make it right I will cancel the dispute with my bank and change my review.

So much for going with a small, locally,family-owned business 🙄 I set up an appt for work to be done the guy got here late and surprised me saying he would be leaving my job to go do another and come back to finish mine. I was not informed of this ahead of time I did not plan on having to be here all day because you decide to do another job in the middle of mine. Then I call the office twice and leave messages and no one returns my calls. What kind of business is this I thought it was with BBB maybe I was looking at too many different ones and thinking of a different place. Thank you for the disservice.

Absolutely phenomenal! I will begin with saying it wasn't the cheapest option, but I had a gut feeling they would take good care of my family. They definitely did! Super nice and helpful. They had me send pictures of my water heater, so they could see how to get it done and gave me a quote right away! Fast and efficient! Definitely will be using them again in the future!

Highly recommend! Made an appointment for two days out, technician arrived early (called ahead to confirm this way okay), and got right on the job. Rod did a great job keeping me informed on what he was doing and finished quickly. Very pleased with the level of service and quality of work.

I have used element plumbing through the years when I have needed them. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, they are so very prompt, courteous, skillful and understanding in every way. I am so very grateful for this company. I can 100% trust that they have always wanted to help fix things without taking advantage of a plumbing crisis!! Thank you Jeff and the element team!!!
