I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve on my half bath project, and his expertise with the Saniflo upflush system truly sets him apart from other plumbers I've worked with. He responded quickly, came out the next day to provide an estimate, and we were able to start the project soon after. Steve was thorough in running the plumbing, took the time to clean up some older water lines, and tested the system at least a dozen times before considering the job complete. Steve was absolutely wonderful! He was very responsive, and when he arrived, he was incredibly thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable and a hard worker, making sure we were completely back up and running before finishing the job. What stood out even more was his kindness and dedication—he put everything aside to help my family and me when we lost heat during one of the coldest days in December.
