Very responsive and great service. Affordable and knowledgeable. Taylor is so professional and courteous. Jetted the sewer line and showed us before and after video of the issue which gave us a lot of comfort being able to see the issue was resolved. Even stayed and installed our garbage disposal at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Drain Hound! We are so relieved to have everything fixed at our new house and your prompt attention and honest assessment gave us so much confidence. What a godsend! 😊 I have already recommended him to close friends and would highly recommend him to anyone needing quality work done by a very honest and professional plumber.

This review is overdue, as Taylor did plumbing work for us on 6/24/25. When I contacted Drain Hound, the response was very prompt and Taylor came the same day to repair a water pipe leak in our crawl space and install two new outdoor hose bibs on our house that I had previously purchased at Grover. He worked competently and efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. When I need plumbing service in the future, Drain Hound will be my first call.

Taylor is wonderful to work with. He is clear and timely with communication. And he does a very honest and thorough job for a reasonable price. He has helped with drain cleaning, replacing a hose bib and troubleshooting a garbage disposal. We are happy to support his small business.

We have had Taylor out to our home a couple times. We were quite satisfied with his services both times. He was courteous, on time, and a good communicator. He was willing to brainstorm with us on how to plumb a line for our espresso maker. We are happy with how tidy it looks and it also functions well. I would highly recommend him.

Taylor with Drain Hound was awesome! Fast, responsive, honest and fair priced! He came out on a Sunday to unclog our septic drain and get us back up and running again and we were very thankful for the fast and friendly service!!
