Twice in 2 months I've called to fix flushing issue. Two visits and 400 dollars later the problem came back right after he fixed it. This morning, 24 hours after "fixing" same issue comes back. Same as the first time. Will not use his services again.
DO NOT waste your time or money working with this business unless you want to have a terrible experience. This man left urine on the toilet seat after using it, and continued to touch the bathroom sink handles with his dirty work gloves. He had to return a week after coming the first time because he could not do his job correctly the first and said it’s the tenants fault although every one had followed orders. We went and bought a solution the very same day the first time he came! He barked orders and clearly felt inconvenienced even though it was our place that was flooding. He had a very apathetic and entitled personality and said he won’t be back to fix it again?? How we have anything to do with the divets in the pipes is beyond me. This man is not personable and doesn’t deserve your business.
Ray was able to fix my problem, and also took the time to explain exactly what the cause of it was and made recommendations on products to use going forward to avoid the issue from coming back.
He came late afternoon on a Friday and fixed our issues. Very reasonable rates and I highly recommend!!
