Rob was so kind and knowledgeable. My air conditioner was not working so I called and was told they would fit me in that day. I couldn't believe it. They came and my air conditioner was toast. Rob showed me the black burned area. My model of air conditioner was no longer available because a new model came out with a much bigger price tag. Rob said the chances of finding the same model I had was very slim. The next morning he called distributors until he found my model which was the only one in Minot. The distributor said that I should buy a lottery ticket because my model hasn't been available for months and he only had it come in the day before. They did not even know why they got it. Rob was at my house first thing this morning with my air conditioner. Sorry for the long post but I have never received such good service before. Rob deserves a 10 star rating.

I do not frequently leave reviews, and even less so giving out five stars. For C&C, I'd like to definitely put my keyboard to work. I don't trust anyone else with my HVAC needs for my home or business other than the team at C&C. When I have an issue, have any questions, or need help, they are always willing to pick up the call and take care of things promptly, professionally, and skillfully. Most recently, Rob came out to my house to diagnose an AC compressor issue, and he made quick work at figuring it out, and topping off my compressor with new refrigerant. He went out of his way to teach me a lot about my unit, how to take care of it, the lifespan of the unit I could expect, and took great pride in explaining all the ways he works on machines. If you are looking for a business that will work on your home, or business, intelligently, confidently, and truly take care of you; please look no further than the team at C&C.

Our air conditioner fan was making a loud noise. Called C&C at 9:30am and Rob & his apprentice were here at 12:45pm. Rob diagnosed the issue, made a couple of phone calls to locate the part needed for the repair, installed the part & fan was working by 1:40pm before the arrival of more hot weather. Great customer service!

We called C&C Plumbing in Minot, North Dakota this morning, and they came out to our house the same day! Our furnace had stopped working, and they fixed it right away. The technicians were super nice, professional, and incredibly helpful. They didn’t just fix the problem—they also gave us helpful recommendations to prevent it from happening again. It’s rare to find service like this—fast, friendly, and reliable. We’ll definitely be calling C&C Plumbing again in the future. Called to see about getting my ac system that was freezing over, checked out. Rob made it out the same day and was able to get the system back up and running at a reasonable price, with amazing service! Very friendly guy and I will be asking for Rob by name in the future, for all of my HVAC needs.
