DSM Drain & Sewer is great. This was my second experience with them and I am very happy I know about them. They came out the same day I called. They were thoughtful and professional, and they fixed my problem. I will always use this company.

Friendly and excellent service. Tremendously priced and always get the job done. Paul was great on the visit today. Have used them for my floor drains at least 3 times over the last 15 years and always happy with the outcome.

We have a problem with our main sewer line in our basement. Tree roots get in, and in 2019 they collapsed the line. Our landlord opted for a line patch at that time, and on its own that cost thousands through roto rooter. It worked well up until yesterday, when our line backed up in the basement with standing water all around the drain the same way it did when the line collapsed. We had Dustin out to take a look, he cut some tree roots out, and after he left, the water line backed up again. For 24 hours we were worried sick that we may have to move out if our line had collapsed again. It didn't sound like our landlord had 20k for a total line replacement and we were already feeling the effects of not being able to do laundry, shower or flush the toilet. Dustin came back the following night, outside of what many consider to be business hours, free of charge, to follow up on our issue. And this time he got it resolved. No collapse! I am so happy with the results I vow that dsm sewer and drain has my business from here on out. Thank you for being the best tonight Dustin. We are truly grateful for your service to us.

Incredible service, far above and beyond the service received from the big-name companies here in the metro. They came out same day, fixed a serious issue under my expected price, and did it with amazing customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone above Des Moines Drain & Sewer.
