Called Dalton and they had a new one installed the same day and with in a few hours! They chatted with me to explain the newly installed water heater and made sure I didn’t need anything else before they left. I am very pleased and happy with Zach’s work. Thank you so much guys!! Dalton's online appointment was quick and easy. They were on time and able to diagnose the issue quickly and corrected it with ease and all within the scheduled appointment time. It works great! My plumber, Jack, explained what the issue was and kept me updated on the progress along the way. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will use them again!

Service was good, the tech took their time and did a good job. The only off putting thing was after the service, they gave me recommendations that I really don't need. The tech said I should replace my whole central AC unit and my water heater because they are 14 years old. It made me 😆. Sorry but my units are well maintained and in nice condition. They also recommended a duct cleaning for 1100 and to clean my fan side my AC unit for 225. The fan does need to be cleaned and I think that was the only good recommendation that the tech gave. Good service nonetheless.

My A/C went out on a hot July night, the pregnant wife had to endure a night under fans. She wasn’t comfortable which meant I wasn’t comfortable. I called a couple of companies to fix the issue the next day but everyone I called had their schedule out a couple days. Then I called Dalton, they had a full schedule for the day but once hearing about the wife. They made time for us that same day. They looked at the unit that had failed a couple of their test and recommended a fair price to fix it on the spot. Landon was clear and efficient and gave a pleasant experience. So I told him about another issues I was having around the house which was a plumbing issue and called and had a me set up an appt for the next day. Which was perfect! The technician came the next day named Jake and looked at the issue and gave me options to think about and I ended up having them fix the issue right away. Because of the leak from the plumbing issue Dalton sent another technician out to check on my electrical. Dan and Chris both fixed the issue the same day within the hour and even offered to check my furnace. Not only did Dalton exceed my expectations and relieve my worries but they were extremely affordable. I can’t not think of a company that will go out of their way from the first call to the last call and make sure you are taking care of in a timely manner. I will only recommend Dalton to my friends and family for their housing needs! Seriously, Thank you Dalton
