Exceptional Service - Highly recommend Justin at Cox Plumbing!! I had a pipe leak on my property in Bella Vista and after getting several quotes, I chose Justin at Cox Plumbing and I’m glad I did! He was thorough, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do. The work was done efficiently, he left the area spotless and he was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!! We called Friday, and Justin was here Monday morning to locate and fix a water leak in our yard. He happily answered all my questions, located the leak in about 30 minutes, gave us the option to fix it today, and quickly dug right to the leak and replaced the broken pipe. He even replaced a plastic part next to the leak at no extra charge because they often break. We appreciate you saving us possible future issues and expense! It was money well spent to have him do the digging and plumbing. Thank you for a job well done!

Very responsive team! My job wasn't complicated, but they found the leak and replaced the line in a timely manner. These guys are busy, so once I was on their schedule, they came and handled the job as arranged. I was looking for a licensed & insured company to do the work: Cox Plumbing & Leak Detection provided me with the requested information; they pulled the permits too -- and were nothing but very professional and courteous during the entire process! Pricing was fair and they adhered to their quoted/expected price. They left my yard rock work in great shape, which is a testament to their attention to detail and ability to use their equipment very well. I would HIGHLY recommend them for replacing a main line, especially here in Bella Vista.

These guys are very good at their job. We had to wait 2 weeks before they could make it out because there is not a lot of people that do what they do. I had been searching for an underground leak for while. They told me if we don’t find the leak you don’t pay. They had the leak found in 15 minutes and of course it was underneath my concrete driveway. They marked exact location and gave me a price to access and repair the leak. I asked when can you schedule this done and they told me right now. That’s all I needed to hear and said let’s get it done. 100 degrees outside, ripping up concrete with a jack hammer and digging more than 2 foot in rocky soil. 1ft by 2ft hole in the concrete and the leaking line was pinpointed perfectly. All in all 2 1/2 hours of work, $400 for the leak detection and $1400 to take care of everything. So happy these guys took care of us and well worth their expertise. Highly recommend these guys.
