7/24/25: I was happy with my service. Mitch L. found out that my cleaning container cracked open & spilled onto the floor & then down into my basement ceiling. It wasn't a plumbing problem afterall. I was grateful 🙏 for that much. He found the culprit. Mitch was nice & professional 👏.

Very timely response to our water heater issue! Mitch and Mark were very personable and kind. They were very informative and honest about repair options. The work was done very quickly and they were vigilant about cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend them! Thank you Mark and Mitch!

Colin The Plumber excellent service! I had a drain line break while on vacation. We called another plumber who came out and promised an estimate but never delivered. Meanwhile, I had a washing machine faucet start leaking severely, decided to call Colin. It was 430 PM and I got his answering service. Explained what I needed and they scheduled an appointment for that evening. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Colin himself to make sure they understood what was going on. Adam came out that evening; fixed the leaking faucet and looked at and took pics of the broken drain. I asked for him to get me an estimate. Colin had that estimate to me at 930pm that night. I had been waiting 6 days at this point for the other company. The next day I called to schedule the repair and I was able to get on their calendar within 2 days. On the repair day Mark arrived on time, was very professional and made the repair in a very timely manner. The workmanship was excellent. Even adding extra supports to the drain line. I was even impressed by how neat and clean Colin's trucks are! Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend.

Missy from Colin the Plumber was excellent, professional and answered all my questions. I received a text when she was on the way, replaced my water tank and sump pump in a couple of hours. I highly recommend!

Absolutely five star review for Colin the plumber. Seamless customer service from scheduling the service and the installment itself. AJ was very professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly. It was an emergency replacement of my hot water tank. We were just about to go on vacation and noticed the leak. Period I called at 10 o’clock and the installation was completely done by 3 o’clock unbelievable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
