Ross arrived exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job fixing our plumbing issue. He was really friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend this plumbing service! We’ve used them before when our water system broke down and we had no water at all. I called, explained it was urgent, and they rearranged their schedule to get someone out to us right away. They got straight to work and quickly replaced what was needed, so our water was back up and running. These plumbers in Aurora are truly dependable and always there when you need them.

Jamie was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He explained different options for fixing my broken water heater, which helped me understand what needed to be done. Jamie and his team replaced a few parts, and now my hot water heater is working perfectly again. I called for help when I noticed we had no hot water, and even though it was the weekend, Jamie came out quickly and saw that the issue was easy to take care of. One thing I would suggest is making sure to ask customers how they prefer to be contacted—whether by phone call, email, or text—since not everyone checks their texts. I had a great experience with Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC when I needed help fixing some poorly done plumbing work under our kitchen sink in Aurora. After reaching out to a few plumbers—most suggested ripping out the back of our cabinets, removing the granite, or even cutting into the basement ceiling just to access the pipes—I was getting pretty frustrated and getting nowhere fast. Jamie and Anthony from the team showed up, took a good look at the problem, and quickly figured out the best way to fix it without tearing up our kitchen. They picked up the necessary parts from the hardware store and finished the repair in about two hours. Everything looks and works great now. I want to give Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC some well-deserved praise! The customer service that Collin and Geoffrey and their team provide is really unmatched. Every time I've had questions or concerns, they've given me clear answers quickly. Whenever I've had plumbing problems in the past, someone always comes out the same day to fix it. A few months back, we finished our basement in Aurora, adding new walls, drywall, painting, and new doors. I had them handle the plumbing for our new basement bathroom. Not long after, there was a big flash flood, and a ton of water came up through our basement toilet and shower, leaving several inches of water down there. I was so stressed out! What impressed me most was that when I called for help after hours, I got a call back right away. Even though Collin sounded tired, he was still super polite and helpful. I thought the water backup was a plumbing issue, but it turned out to be from the city’s sewer. Collin talked me through what we could do to help prevent this from happening again. All in all, they are my go-to choice for any plumbing needs. Great people and excellent service!
