The technician, Eric W., assessed the situation thoroughly, kept me updated throughout the process, and resolved the issue efficiently. Considering the work was done outside normal business hours, the pricing was more than reasonable. Eric’s professionalism and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We had an AC failure during a 90+ degree stretch of weather. Parker came to investigate and we felt very confident that he did all he could to try and revive the old system. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and got in touch with the office to arrange for a replacement unit at a fair price. Jeremy and his tech who did the installation were also extremely helpful and efficient and the house was cooling in no time. We are confident that we got a quality system from a very competent team.

We use Charles Heating and Cooling for routine and emergency HVAC service and have always been impressed with their prompt, courteous service. Recently, our 30 year old furnace started making some awful sounds and did not heat properly. David, the service technician arrived at the promised time and quickly diagnosed a faulty gas valve. Rather than throw good money at bad money we decided to replace our vintage furnace with a new high-efficiency Carrier furnace. Within a few days our new furnace was installed and running. Rick and Jeremy from Charles Heating and Air are truly great installers. They arrived promptly, were polite. They took their time explaining what they would need access to. They cleaned up after the installation of both a new furnace and a/c unit. They made sure to go over things completely, made sure to ask if we had any other questions.
