Our experience with Carter's was great. Alex and Joshua came out the same day and were totally professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions and explained everything with patience. We could not have asked for a better crew than these guys. They finished the job in one day as they said that they would. The whole organization was great to deal with. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Gabriel came out to complete the finish work on my walk-in shower and did an outstanding job. He was professional, patient, and took the time to offer helpful advice on some future projects I’m planning. He even allowed me to try out a few different fixtures until I found the one I was happy with, which I truly appreciated. He arrived promptly and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated his professionalism and evident passion for his job. West did an absolutely phenomenal job! He has a very positive attitude and is a fast and focused worker, it was a great experience, having him out to do work for us, and I will definitely request him in the future. Absolutely stellar company and customer service. I called for a same day appointment and GOT IT within a few hours! The trip charge was very reasonable and then the service tech was very efficient and frank about pricing and what services he would need to perform. He was in and out in 2 hours after unclogging a bathroom sink and completely installing a toilet. I’m was super impressed and will only use this company going forward! Harry was our tech and is highly recommended!
