Easy to schedule, friendly service, and reasonable prices. My refrigerator (but not freezer) was overheating after the power outage from Tropical Storm Chantal. Paul was great: he diagnosed the problem, found a stopgap solution while the part was being ordered, and completed the repairs when the part arrived. He told me everything that was going on with my refrigerator, how it works and what was broken. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was during his visits. I’ve used Bud Matthews Services before and have never been disappointed.

I recently had Bud Matthew's electrician, Mason do repairs and replace. He is the most professional service person I have ever worked with. Quality work, explained what needs to be done, and prices were very fair. The front office is also outstanding and very helpful.

My appliance repair experience this morning with Ben and Brandon was outstanding. Very nice men, very friendly to the curious pug Buttons who visited them a few times. They replaced the door rubber gasket and the water input control sensor on my 2008 Whirlpool Duet clothes washer and got lint out of the exhaust piping of the 2008 Whirlpool Duet clothes dryer, and tested everything before leaving. The load I just washed came out great, no more leaks inside or outside the machine. The load’s in the dryer and that is working well too. Great job by Ben and Brandon! I hope Bud Mathews Services values them highly for a very long time.

Stephanie and John were so incredibly kind and helpful — installed an AC window unit late at night because our HVAC was broken within the hour. Truly kind and helpful people, I cannot thank them enough! I 100% recommend Bud Matthews.

We could not be happier with our experience with Bud Matthews! Our house in Mebane which is over a hundred years old was in dire need of some exterior repairs. When I called Bud Matthews and spoke with Morgan she set up a time for Andrew Logue to come out and see what we needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate which was in our budget and the work was scheduled. The construction team that came did a great job!! They replaced cedar siding and repaired trim work and soffits. If we had any concerns they were always addressed promptly. We also needed new steps coming off the sunroom. Dean and Will did an absolutely amazing job rebuilding them. They look like the original steps. If steps can be beautiful, these are! We had been looking for someone to do repairs on the house for a long time. We highly recommend Bud Matthews. We will be using them again.
