This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They failed to install the water heater at the agreed-upon time, despite me taking time off work to wait for them. They kept postponing and lying throughout the day, then proposed a different date. Keep in mind, we have young children and were left without hot water for a couple of days because of their incompetence. After that, I requested a cancellation, and they promised a full refund of my deposit within 3 to 5 business days. This never happened. It turns out they never even processed the refund. I had to go back and forth with Home Depot Customer Order Specialist, both over the phone and in the store, for a couple of days to finally get my money back. At this point, I can easily upgrade them from liars to thieves. I rarely write reviews, but I want to make it unequivocally clear how terrible this company is at dealing with customers. They'll push you to sign the contract quickly, and after that, you're stuck. Stay away if you want peace of mind.

I have had the displeasure of being assigned this company through my home warranty. My only bathroom has a leak in the drain pipe which leaked into my kitchen requiring two cabinets be removed before they could service it. I took a 4 hour leave from work, time I won't get back, and called throughout the day to ensure they were coming and was told they were still assigned my place today. After 4 hours I called back and was told they had a home that had no water that is taking longer than expected. I understand priorities, but I was promised a fix today and within a 4 hour window. Their "solution" was to make me priority morning on a WEDNESDAY (with a general wait time). That is 6 days of not being able to use my bathroom properly and navigating a broken down kitchen. I needed this fixed today so I can schedule a dry wall repair afterwards before the holidays when I have a guest staying over. The lack of professionalism and calling their customers to make them aware truly highlights their ability to communicate. I want to reiterate, I HAD TO CALL THEM, they never called me. Not once. Not to even confirm my schedule or give me updates. They would have left me in the dark and on silent for the weekend. They don't deserve additional business from me and I will discuss this matter directly with my home warranty to ensure they are removed from future considerable options for my plan. Brick Street Plumbing you have done a disservice without even stepping foot on my property so I'm purely judging you on poor communication skills

Absolutely a 5 star experience! Thank you Brick Street and a huge shout out to Darren! We were faced with a very unexpected and financially unplanned for HVAC system replacement. Darren was fabulous to work with. Provided options, guidance and patience. When came time for the demo, removal of the old and installation of the new, communication and execution was spot-on! We love our new system and would endorse Brick Street without reservation.

I found their services through The Home Depot. The technician attached the pressure tank to the wall missing the wood studs. As a result both screws went through the wall and damaged the ceramic tile in the bathroom on the other side. After discovering the damage I promptly contacted the salesperson to report the issue. She assured me that she would inform the General Manager about the situation. I also sent pictures of the broken tile to show the extent of the problem. I have not received any communication from the General Manager or any other representative of Brick Street Plumbing. My claim still inconclusive as of today.

Ask for DARYL!!!!! This man is a professional started with putting his shoe booties on outside before entering. I didn’t have to say a word. Then inspected each of my 4 different problems. An when I tell you got to work. Garbage disposal - DONE! Main floor bathroom toilet - FINISHED! Faucet in master bathroom- not leaking anymore and BRAND NEW! Shower in master NOT CLOGGED ! He had every part ! No rescheduling to come out another day! EFFICIENT & Professional. You will HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER - send me Daryl EVERYTIME!
