An amazing company! Chris fixed my AC in my flip house even though he was off the clock. Chris, dropping off material for another job, stopped at my flip after I waved him down. Very personable and friendly. Family owned business. And they're very inexpensive but do QUALITY WORK! I HIGHLY recommend!

After an hour long talk with Brian I retract the negativity of what I spoke . Ryan and I both came to a conclusion not everything was done right, but it was not all on Schmidt’s Heating shoulders. I will take blame for my assumptions . Not being in the AC business the terminology I did not know What the correct words were. I want to thank Brian for his time and compassion. He is a really good guy and explained 100% how the interaction between myself and his team went good and bad. He made good on some issues that I had and I appreciate that. Thanks again Brian. Brian Schmitt always gets to me as quickly as possible. I love that they ask and listen to me about the situation instead of just rooting around adding extra costs and work. The workers that have been to my home explain the work they did, what they used and even showed me the pictures of the ductwork under my home. Chris was super friendly, well mannered, quick and confident worker. He was easy to smile and even took time to explain new services offered. I will be a customer for life.

I've recently had encounters with the entire next generation of Schmitt's for HVAC service and a home generator quote. They are knowledgeable, personable, well spoken and professional. These traits are difficult to come by in an age where many business's have lost focus on customer service. I highly recommend them!

Quite literally was about to have panic attacks.. until my brother sent me their way! They worked an actual emergency at my brothers house.. and when Chris came to mine, he eased all the weights I had felt, cut the price by THOUSANDS (from the other estimate at the previous company I was going to use), and had so much patience as I figured out my end to have both furnace & ac installed. Both him(Chris Schmitt) and Cade Serletic worked quickly, efficiently, and explained every detail to a T, so I knew exactly what was going on. I'll never refer another company. They went above and beyond :)
