Brackett Heating, Air & Plumbing

We purchased a New Daikin unit from Brackett. They guys did an excellent job with the install and even worked over on a Friday to make sure it was completed. We are very happy with our purchase.

This was my first experience with Brackett and I was totally impressed. I called for AC maintenance on a Friday and Lincoln was here the following Monday, just as pleasant as could be! Lincoln noticed the ground around the unit was saturated with water and said it wasn't from condensation, that this was different, and he showed me! He said "Beckett handles plumbing too". I came in the house and called immediately and within hours Don and James show up, smiles on their faces and began looking for the issue. I was so impressed by these three individuals, working in the 90+ degree weather but were very upbeat and kind! Thanks guys (they deserve a raise)! Oh, I also signed up for their maintenance plan a couple of days later.

Bracket was able to get me in right away when I called for an appointment. Dustin was very informative and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thorough Dustin was at the task at hand. These are the reasons I stay loyal to Bracket.

I don’t think I can recommend Brackett enough for when you need to replace an A/C unit. Financing was available- and once approved they sent out an estimator the next day. Bo was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to get the best value within our approval price range. I was able to go ahead and get a new furnace as well! My new system was installed first thing the next day and they had my house nice and cool just in time for the heat wave that was coming in. We are very appreciative of them!
