Thank you! First I want to say that my first encounter with one of the service guys was amazing!! I found out about your company while they were working in the neighborhood. I then was introduced to Mr. Rich, is an Amazing person as well. He kept me hopeful when I had doubt. The gentlemen that came to install my system were Awesome! The financing was crazy easy. My sister stated that I could have found it a little less expensive, I am not sure I would have gotten the Customer Service that I received. You all are Amazing and thank you. If I ever need any outside services that your company provides, I will for sure call you again. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏

I was surprised to get same day service and it was fixed the same day. It was also nice that they repaired my unit since it is so old and I don't want to replace it at this time. Other companies tell me don't fix it but get a new one, it was great service and Mike the technician was very informative. I was very happy and signed up with the company for maintenance.

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I am so pleased with the work. My 30 yr old heat pump finally breathed its last during the 98 degree week of July. We suffered in our hot house, 84 degrees inside. The company lent us a temporary air conditioner 😁. It felt Wonderful! So, our new heat pump was installed within a day, no complaints. They even cleaned up after themselves. This is a great company! Thanks so much for rescuing us from the heat!

Tech arrived on time and was able to give me estimate for refill or refrigerant since i was still thinking if i want to repair or replace. The refill was scheduled after a couple of days later but they had a service tech near the area already so they asked if i wanted to do it today instead. Got confirmation and tech arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. Did the work and then was able to pay off immediately after. 10/10 service. Their charges was a lot lower than the big name companies advertising on tv. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family and will contact them for all my AC needs. The techs that came in were all respectful and professional and i never felt that i was being taken advantage off or ripped off. *Update. My AC had a leak and lost all refrigerant after 5 week. BPM recommended replacement and we decided to go that way since my system is 15-16 yrs old anyway. They lent me a portable AC to tide me over before they could get my new system installed. Techs arrived in time in the morning. They both worked efficiently to install both inside and outside units at the same time. House is now very cold. The initial estimate for system replacement was spot on from when they did it in June. Highly recommend this company.

Two gentlemen—a father and son—came by to inspect water damage in my basement ceiling. They carefully followed all the plumbing lines and determined that it wasn’t a plumbing issue. They took their time inspecting the house, checked the vents thoroughly, and were thoughtful in both asking and answering questions. They suggested that the issue may be due to condensation under the ceiling and offered helpful recommendations. Both were very responsive, respectful, and professional. Highly recommend their services.
