Bilder and Sons Plumbing

To encapsulate my experience with Bilder and Sons plumbing, Kevin performed work outside the scope of the project that I specifically requested he not do, resulting in a horrendous modification to my house that I now have to hire someone else to fix. In addition to that, everything done in the shower installation was done poorly with disregard to professionalism and pride in work. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking. Update: Kevin reached out to remedy the issues I had with the bathroom remodel. The items I was unhappy with have been fixed.

Great service, reliable, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them. I will definitely keep using them as my go to plumbing service. I had a plumbing emergency in the early morning hours, before the sun was up, and they responded almost immediately. I shared photos and videos of the issue and after they came in I got a fair estimate of cost. I specifically worked with Kevin, who was incredibly nice, and the job was done flawlessly and timely. As I also had other smaller plumbing jobs in the house I hired him to also work on those (might as well right) and everything is now running great. You won’t go wrong with this company.

Kevin was awesome! Came on short notice to replace the pressure switch for my well pump. He's friendly, professional, and great about explaining the problem and solution which was very helpful. I would recommend Bilder and Sons to anyone needing plumbing work, especially issues with wells.

Kevin Bilder is the owner and master plumber. Kevin is fair, honest, fast, friendly, and punctual. Kevin came out to our house and quickly assessed a leak on the ceiling ground floor and traced the issue to a faucet that had no water collecting under the sink. His price was quoted before coming on what it would cost to investigate the leak and he was available the very next day when other plumbers were not available for 3-4 days. His price was fair compared to how other plumbers explained their cost. He does not charge for driving to your house (aka service fee). His work was exceptional and fast. He kept the place very clean and cleaned up all residue and dirt that was there. He installed a new faucet to fix the leak. We liked his work so much, we asked him to replace three additional faucets and he was able to do it the same day. Our ceiling stopped leaking and our plumbing looks better than when he arrived. This is an excellent small family business plumber.

Bilder and Sons was a great choice for me when I had an emergency and my well pressure tank had gone bad, my Wife called me at 3pm at work to tell me water was spraying everywhere, after turning off the water she called Bilder and Sons, Mr Bilder was at my house by 5 pm and I had a new tank in place and water running by 7pm in time for my daughters bath, didn’t mess up my schedule one bit. Would definitely recommend to anyone to use Bilder and Sons and it will be the only company I use for future Plumbing needs. Thank you B&S!
