Ira Miller was the technician that responded to my request. Man was timely, courteous, professional, efficient, communicative, and honestly a good time. Not only did he fix my issue, but gave me different options and explained the pros and cons to each. Then as a courtesy inspected the rest of my water system to make me aware of other things that might pop up in the future, just to make sure I was aware of signs of “impending doom” (my words, not his). Would recommend.

Chris was extremely professional and found the leak within minutes upon arrival and did a great job on the repair at a reasonable price. We actually had two other plumbing companies come out to find the leak and they sent out two inexperienced plumbers who told me they had to start making holes in the walls that were completely unnecessary.

A plumber came out on time and at the beginning of the 4 hour window which was great. However, to replace a shut off valve the quote was $574.00. That's insane. I watched a 7 minute Youtube video, went to Home Depot and spent $22 and 1 hour of work and did it myself.
