We had our floor drain sewer backup on a Sunday and tried to find emergency sewer service. We found Beeline Sewer since their website said 24/7 emergency services available. However when we called no one answered. We left a voicemail…no answer…4 days after our first voicemail and multiple calls later (with no answer) we went with a different sewer company that was actually responsive and was able to come out quick to help. I would give Beeline Sewer a 0 stars if possible.

Said they would come Thursday to descale pipes then cancelled and said come Friday then Friday they didn’t descale they just unclogged pipe said they didn’t have jet tool to descale said they world come Monday to do it. Then Monday wanted to come with just camera. They are too high priced would not recommend. They don’t do what they say
