Jeff was great! Super kind and easy to work with. He was very straight forward and clear with what was wrong, how they would get fixed, and he got us in so quickly. He also was so kind to allow my 2 year old watch him the entire time he worked. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely sound team, means so much as main matriarch trying to also figure it all out! Feel comfort, sound job, and absolute professionalism here. . . they worked on my home while away as essential worker, trust them and they performed the job superbly done!

Bates Plumbing has been our go-to plumber in Spokane for more than 10 years. They have replaced faucets, toilets, water heaters, water lines, valves, and pressure regulators for us, and repaired pipes drain lines. They do consistently great work at reasonable prices and I highly recommend them.
