Had an excellent experience with Tom and Anthony from Bargotti. Our central AC was not cooling. I called them at 9 am and they were at the house 2 hours later and the problem fixed within an hour. Charged reasonable prices for the quick service, were professional and explained the issue, didn’t try to upsell anything—exactly what you’re looking for in a service call. Would happily recommend for your AC and HVAC needs.

Had a great experience with Bargotti Plumbing & HVAC. Anthony and Tom were super honest, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. They replaced my whole HVAC unit and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Solid guys and quality work definitely recommend them.

Tom is absolutely the best. He replaced our old AC unit and also helped us with a few repairs beforehand. He's genuine and professional—which is hard to find in Jersey City. He never tries to sell you anything you don’t need. You won’t find a more knowledgeable HVAC contractor than Tom and his team! Thank you!

Called the company over the weekend to assist a tenant with a plumbing issue; spoke with Anthony. They said they can come on Tuesday to text their number. I texted, no response. I called on Monday and they said they could no longer do Tuesday and will come Thursday between 10 AM and 11 AM. At 11 AM I called them and they said they had a last-minute emergency after I had been texting them all morning, no communication. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. A waste of my time and the tenant’s time.

I can only agree with what other reviewers mentioned - professional, quick and knowledgeable. Timely and in details answered all my questions; arrived on time, replaced water heater and left the work are spotless. Highly recommend their services and would hire them again myself.
