BEST PLUMBER IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD Our water pipe burst due to freezing weather a few days ago. We reached out to Chris from Baikal Service, and he responded promptly, arriving at our house quickly to address the issues. Chris not only fixed the problem but also provided valuable guidance on how to prevent similar issues in the future. His pricing was very reasonable, and he went above and beyond by returning to perfect the job even after we had already paid him. We feel fortunate to have him as our family's plumber!

We had an emergency plumbing need on a Sunday and Chris immediately came over to help. He was very helpful and friendly. We were panicking from the water leak. Chris managed to calm us down. A few days later, he came over to fix the faucet bib and pipe. He did a great work. We would definitely recommend his service.
