My water heater failed and flooded my garage. I had to shut the water off to the whole house out at the water meter. So no water at all. I called Arnie's at 10:17 AM, they had a tech here at 11:30 AM!! Steve had a new water heater installed and working by 1:45 PM in the small space there was for it.. Wow! He was fast, competent, efficient, and friendly on top of all that. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond in my opinion. Also, Arnie's prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend Arnie's for any plumbing, heating, or AC work.

We are a hospice sanctuary for senior dogs. The gentleman that came to install our new unit were absolutely wonderful and very kind with all of the dogs. They worked super quick even though it was a bigger project and cleaned up leaving no mess behind. We are very thankful for their service and help! We have used Arnie's before and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, again!

The service tech Shawn, provides great service, very timely and takes the time to explain in layman’s terms, what is going on with my system. I appreciate Shawn’s attention to detail and his regard for the time I must set aside in order to be home during the window that the techs will arrive.
