We were working a job (Happy Sabbath Tree Service) when we accidentally hit a waterline under the ground. We called Branden up and he was polite and told me exactly when he would be there. He showed up and fixed the waterline at a very fair price. The line went from steel to copper so it was a bit of a challenge. But he took care it. Before he left he checked the water meter and there was still a leek. There was actually a leak coming from inside the house in which he fixed also. After he left the home owner found the toilet wouldn’t fill back up. I called Brand back and he came and changed out the toilet kit and only changed me for the kit. I thought that was really generous of him to not add more labor cost to the job. He was very thorough with the job.

A year ago another “plumber” charged us our entire savings and claimed he installed all new plumbing beneath our house in our crawl space. Fast forward to yesterday, a year later, when we started experiencing a clogged kitchen sink. I called Aquaman thinking it would be a quick fix. After he asked me some diagnostic questions, taking his time to assess my answers, he asked if he could look around our crawl space and the perimeter of our house and just assess on his own if there were any other plumbing issues. After spending some time in our crawl space, he quietly knocked on our front door again and had that look on his face. You know the look. Like, when the doctor tells you the worst news ever. He said “I’m sorry to say but that last plumber didn’t do anything. Things are in bad shape down there.” He went over everything, showing us detailed photos of our crawl space, with METICULOUSLY industry standard explantations and even offered to wrote up a comprehensive report with evidence that the last plumber caused a little damage and didn’t do what he claimed. He dedicated the entire day today to fixing some pretty substantial piping issues, which was way more than a clogged sink. Took his time. Didn’t overcharge and was very patient and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommended.

Needed a water heater inspection for sale if home. Had no idea what to ask for. Branden was so knowledgeable, helpful, professional. We talked about buyers needs/goals, he inspected, then wrote a concise description of what he did and saw. Saved the day! Use Him!
