Aptus Home Services answers promptly when you call and do great work. Martin is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. His work was thorough and he did a fantastic job. I was so impressed that I asked him to do some other upgrades. I started with a leaky faucet and ended up with a new glass shower door, a new ceiling fan where the electric had to be added, and a remote sensor for my thermostat that regulated the temperature in my condo. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Aptus and Martin for any HVAC, plumbing or electrical work needed.

Could not have been better! Called last minute, he arrived quickly. Martin is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and extremely diligent. He exceeded expectations and was able diagnose and fix our AC issue with a lot of detail to ensure we would we’re back up and running. Would never think of calling anyone else for AC repair and maintenance. If I could have give 10 stars I would have.

I can’t say enough good things about Aptus. Last night, a Saturday night, the hottest night of the year, our A/C went out. I had just gotten home from the hospital after surgery a few days before. I couldn’t sleep in the heat. Ervin the owner, was at our house within 20 minutes and got our A/C going. What a marvelous team he has. A month or so ago, Martin fixed complicated plumbing issues that other plumbers had not been able to solve. These guys are my new best friends!!

Starting with my first visit by the owner Ervin at my house, I knew I was in good hands. Ervin provided me with a very detailed explanation of my options and after receiving several prior quotes, his pricing easily beat other companies I made inquiry with. His background and career in the military and his experience in that career was very impressive as was his technical knowledge, which I have none. On the day of the installation of my water heater, Martin showed up for the job. Martin had worked a multi-decade career in the military specializing in technical issues and was beyond professional, explained every item in detail and completed the installation in a very timely and efficient manner keeping all areas clean, without disruption. He was personable and one of the best contractors that I ever had come to the house. I was so impressed with Martin that I arranged with Atlus to have some long needed electrical work on my electrical panel completed. My only request was for Martin to be assigned for the job. I’m a long time resident of this area and I would not hesitate to recommend Atlus for any HVAC, water heater installation or electrical needs anyone may have. Truly 5 stars in my experience and it’s great to see a local business that hires veterans servicing the community. Thank you.
