Our water heater unexpectedly went out (and started leaking) on a Saturday afternoon. I called Apple Creek Plumbing through a very high recommendation by my son, and they actually answered the phone. Again, on a Saturday afternoon! They were willing to come out immediately to install a new water heater, but we were able to hold off until Monday. They then put us on the schedule for that morning, and they were prompt, courteous and professional. Outstanding customer service, communication, workmanship and pricing.
