I had issues with my hot water heater and called Tim Rausch Plumbing. Ben was at my door a few hours later and replaced my old and DOA water heater with a new Rheem. He was super nice, explained everything and I felt very comfortable. He pointed out another issue he saw, gave me the estimate and again explained everything. I believe if he had not seen the other issue, I would be looking at an unexpected and costly situation down the road. I highly recommend Tim Rausch Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Tim Rausch plumbing has been to our house a few times and each visit the team has been stellar. They are prompt, honest, and fairly priced. I think it is so cool they put a QR code on our water heater for FAQs/troubleshooting - genius!! They will continue to be our go to for plumbing needs. Tim Rausch Plumbing LLC has always been there for my plumbing needs and they are quick to respond when I am having problems with my plumbing ! They installed my new whirlpool tub, put in a new hot water heater, installed my battery backup sump pump , installed a new garbage disposal for us, put in new sinks in our basement, and hooked up our refrigerator for water and ice ,plus many other plumbing needs ! After a terrible leak from my upstairs master bathroom down to our front entryway required a home insurance claim, I thought for sure we would be waiting months for work, and when it did happen it would be quick and low quality, but let me tell you how wrong I was! We had Ben and Luke out to our home and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided quality work. You never want to need a plumber or construction, but if you have Tum Rausch Plumbing, LLC on your side, at least you know you're in good hands! I cannot recommend this company enough!
