Apex Plumbing - Pipelining, Leak and Drain Repair in St. Petersburg FL

Adam, Ace and Irish are the absolute BEST! These three gents are excellent, professional and personable. They had a huge job complicated by a massive oak root ball and they have done a stellar, topnotch job! We went through several plumbers in 15 years and after Allens Alley recommended them we have been using Apex Plumbers for years. They are the only Game in Town!

I highly recommend this company! Their honesty & integrity are unmatched. After an unexpected plumbing issue I called Apex and they came out the same day. It ended up being a 3 day job. At the end of each day the job site was cleaned up, secured for safety & I was informed of the progress made and the next steps to come. The office called at days end as well to ask if I had any questions. The guys were hardworking yet seemed to enjoy their job (and each other) laughing & joking in spite of being stuck in a 4 foot hole with a shovel in hand! Each were conscientious & courteous. I am so happy I have a company I can trust. Refreshing!!!! Thanks Apex!!!

Oh my gosh. They are the Best! I woke up at 1am last night to a poo waterfall - literally, poo water just gushing from the toilet out onto the floors. I call no less than 5 "emergency plumbers". Some don't answer all don't have anyone available. The 6th call... Apex. I have asked for names as I've never been so grateful. A young woman (Tori) answers my call at 2am, tells me she's sending Tanner out as soon as possible. Tanner arrives and we're plunging, he's snaking lines, shop vacuuming poo water into the early morning hours. We get everything to a stopping point, he has to come back tomorrow (today). Enter Samantha, took my calls, assured Tanner would be by as soon as he was done with his job over in Tampa. Mind you, I cannot use the bathroom or facilities, I'm worried, but I held faith. Tanner texts!! Dude was a life-saver! New wax ring on the toilet base, even helped clean up the mess. It is very difficult to find good people doing great work in Florida but when you find them, keep them. I don't know anything about this company other than the fact that they were the 6th call I made at 1, 2am last night. But go on, do it. Try them. Hopefully next time it won't be an emergency!

I had an excellent experience with Apex Plumbing thanks to Wesley, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain the issue, answer my questions, and made sure the job was completed with care and precision. Wesley’s workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. Stephen came out at 10pm because we had a clogged toilet, even though the pricing was too high for us to go with their service he was kind enough to tell me about something I could purchase in our local store to try to resolve the situation and for that I’m truly grateful. He is probably one of the nicest plumbers I’ve ever met and Apex plumbing is LUCKY to have him. This guy knows and showed that customer service and the customers experience is truly important to him. We’ll always consider Apex plumbing in the future just because of Stephen…THANK YOU AGAIN STEPHEN!
