Anderson Bros Electric, Plumbing & Heating Inc - Kearney

I contacted Andrsons on Friday and they were able to come out today (Monday). They detected that the water in my basement was from a failing sump pump and replaced it. Very polite and efficient.

As a new Property Manager here in Kearney I have been calling Anderson Brothers at least once a week for various projects. They have always been responsive and quick to get here, even on days I would have thought they would have been too busy, they got us on their list of customers to get taken care of. Words can not express how much we appreciate Anderson Brothers and the entire team!

The electrician showed up and spent more time walking from his truck than he did checking to see what the issue was. Received a bill for 75 dollars and never did get a written estimate that was asked for. All the guy said was that it was going to be expensive but never a why or how. The labor was obviously what was going to be expensive. I would suggest going through a smaller company that will take the time to speak to you and give you what you request.

Cody and Daniel were awesome. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the leak to my complete satisfaction.

All of Anderson Bros employees, from office to all workers, are very considerate, thoughtful, and very efficient in all they do, and make sure everything is correct and done in a timely matter.
