I noticed water under the kitchen sink. So I started calling plumbing companies to get someone to address the issue. From the moment I called, I received exemplary customer service. I requested same day service and was told I would hear back later. They called me back soon after and confirmed they would be able to come. I requested a call before they arrived which they did. Todd, the plumber, and his helper answered my questions in an honest way so that I immediately felt at ease with them. Through their answers and the information, I agreed to have the faucet replaced. They worked diligently and left everything clean afterwards. I found their prices to be reasonable and worthwhile for the level of service provided. I plan on referring them to my loved ones and to continue to use them. The whole experience was much smoother than what I could have hoped for because as a homeowner I have often received below average service from service providers.

Horrible customer service! When I called to make an appointment they gave me one price, a day before the appointment they increased it, and on the day of the service increased it again!!! The issue was not resolved at the end of this!!
