The installation crew was awesome - experienced, focused with attention to detail of finished work. Done in one day. 40 yr homeowner. Countless engagements with service providers over the years. Not a single one went as smoothly as Paul with Allied Waterproofing. I needed about 45 feet of exterior, foundation, french drain. Had 5 bids, Allied was in the same price range of most of them, but was much clearer and confident in his discussion. He sent a crew of two, they were pleasant, they were hard workers, they kept my yard clean and my wife's bushes whole. They did what they said they'd do, they did it well. Paul and team were incredibly responsive and lovely to work with. Quote was very reasonable, the french drain insert and concrete removal were scheduled and the team was on time and completed the work in a couple of days. We had the pleasure of working with Allied Waterproofing and are very grateful for their work. There was a build-up of water in one section of the crawl space and our gutter downspouts were not draining properly. Paul came by to take a look and recommended scoping out the downspouts and the crawlspace outlet pipe. This step was very important because it allowed us to know exactly what needed to be done. His crew was extremely professional and executed the entire project according to plan. I had a significant water problem under my 45 year old house that had developed over a decade of water runoff and downspouts that did not adequately transfer water effectively. It had reached a point where the foundation to my house was eroding. Paul and his team at Allied answered my MANY questions with professionalism and made sure I understood the work needed to fix my water issues, they performed the work with care for my property, were professional, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The hardworking team even finished the job earlier than quoted. Now I don’t have to worry when it rains which is huge!!! Great job!
