Allens Plumbing

This would be my second Yelp review for Allen's Plumbing. I had some work done by another company they came three times for a toilet that first of all had a broken handle, they came again because the installation was off and the third time came back because the chain was getting caught under the flap. And all transparency I was not charged for the third appointment by the other company. Today June 2nd I noticed the toilet had been sounding a little strange but today started to flush on its own. Today when I called the office to check and see if they could come out today the receptionist was wonderful, she was friendly, professional and responsive she checked to make sure there was someone available to help me, and thank goodness there was. She advised me that Davin would be able to be by shortly. Respectfully this is the same customer service oriented person that came out to replace the faucet in my bathroom. He came very quickly came up check the toilet found there were a number of issues with it replaced what needed to be replaced and had not been. Before leaving and just handing off a bill this customer service oriented employee check the toilet again making sure it closed properly it flushed properly. They're also the new handle push the other company installed he did tighten it if there's any issue with it in two days he suggested I let Allen's Plumbing know so they could come and replace the part. Again, with the understanding that as it is now it should be fine because there were other things that were not working appropriately. If I need them again you can guarantee I will call them. If you have been with the same plumber for the past two decades and are happy great! If you have any issues I respectfully suggest you give Allen's a call. Everyone has different expectations of customer service, I have great respect for this company and their employees.

Arrived right on time. Personable. friendly, courteous, neat. Worked at the right pace (In other words, did not rush nor slowly). Always answered questions such that this kupuna could understand and did not mind having to repeat or answering the same questions. Justin is a "plus" for your company. A very wonderful experience!!

These guys might be okay for emergency repairs, I wouldn’t know, but definitely go elsewhere for any other work. I made an appointment over the phone to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. I specifically asked and was told that they could drill a hole in the countertop to install the new faucet. A very nice and helpful plumber finally arrived 7 hours after my scheduled appointment to inform me that they could not in fact drill a hole for the faucet and therefore couldn’t do the job. If I could drill the hole myself or pay someone else to do it, then they could install the provided drop-in sink and faucet for a whopping $938.00 + tax; a job that would probably take 1-2 hours.

My outside reduction regulator died. Justin from Allen's plumbing responded. He replaced it quickly. He was professional, courteous, and worked quickly. I recommend Allen's Plumbing.

Had good service in the past from a tech named Justin. If it wasn't for him this would be a 1 star. Today they tried to charge me 2,150 for a 38 gallon water heater install after making me wait all day. 1200 bucks labor for a 38 gal is CRAZY. Go somewhere else.
