I used All Around Plumbing for a toilet flange fix and re-install the toilet. I was impressed! 1. They were very available. I called yesterday, and they even offered to come yesterday, but I wasn't home. They came first thing this morning, right when they said they'd be here. 2. Labor costs seemed reasonable. They also sent 2 people, which helped them do their own checking for leaks, getting extra tools from the truck, etc. 3. Courteous - Both young men were very courteous and professional. 4. Parts: They only used a few small parts, but were VERY reasonable. For example, they ended up needing 2 wax rings. They only charged $2.84 each!! And a metal flange ring, only $10.87. Toilet flange bolts, only $1.33 for both. I would pay way more than that if I had gone to the hardware store myself.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Their customer service was excellent, and they were able to come out the same day—arriving in under 30 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable, and John, the technician, was incredibly nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again if needed!

We have had an issue for months in our new home with a leaking tub spout that has been difficult to fix ourselves. I’m so grateful we found All Around Plumbing because our issue is completely fixed thanks to the professionalism and ingenuity of John. John is kind, respectful, resourceful, and brilliant - more than what you’d expect from a service call of any kind. From ensuring he wore clean shoe coverings any time he had to enter the house, to being honest and considerate with all of my questions about the process, John was an excellent expert and adapted to all the issues that came about from this tricky situation. We plan to exclusively use All Around Plumbing and we’re happy to recommend them to all our Frederick neighbors and friends.

Had a really good experience for an initial estimate to do some propane gas line extension work. Brian was very knowledgeable and offered a number of different ideas to complete the task. I will be happy to comment again once we get a quote and move forward with the work and its completion.

Two and a half of three jobs completed ! Hopefully a flapper / parts for the third floor toilet can be found and that should make it a 5 star review upon completion.Arrived on time, very pleasant and went right to work. Before leaving , said that once parts were found they would schedule follow up visit.
