I needed to replace my failing water heater and the Ace Mechanical staff came to the rescue! My experiences with Liz, Richard and JoAnn were phenomenal. These individuals were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I am very pleased with this company and their work ethic. Ace was originally dispatched to me through Home Serve. My issue wasn't a covered repair, so I ended up using them anyway. The faucet in my hall bathroom was broken along with my master bath. The plumber that made the repairs was very professional! He cleaned up behind himself and informed me of the process every step of the way. He did a great job! Unfortunately, 30 days later, I stopped getting hot water and heavy pressure from the faucets in the master bath. Ace responded that there was lots of availability to fit into my schedule. They sent two very nice gentlemen to access and fix the issue. After a few hours, both baths were back in working order, and they didn't charge me. I am very pleased with their eagerness to keep their customers happy. Both guys spent ample time asking me to explain the issue and worked well together to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They advised me if I had any future issues to call them back, and they'd come right out. Because of this, they'll be my first choice.
