HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely Fantastic Service from 1-TOM-PLUMBER! Today I came home to find a leak in my garage, which is never a fun surprise. After tracking down where it was coming from, I called 1-TOM-PLUMBER at 4:30 PM. Dan in the main office answered right away, was courteous, asked the right questions, and was extremely helpful. To my amazement, he had a plumber at my door within 30 minutes on a Thursday afternoon! I immediately got both an email and text confirmation with the details, including the name of my plumber, Melvin (MEL), a true 5-STAR professional. The text updates were so reassuring, and right on time, Melvin pulled up in a clean, professional truck, in uniform, tablet in hand, and got right to work. Melvin was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly, he instantly knew what to look for. In less than 20 minutes he actually heard the leak in the wall and explained everything clearly: the procedure, the pricing, and the steps to fix it. The price was very fair, so I gave the go-ahead. Another truck arrived shortly with the supplies, and even that plumber took a moment to reassure me that Melvin was outstanding. He was right! Melvin worked efficiently and carefully, and about three hours later the job was done and everything was fixed, running smoothly, and the work area cleaned spotless. The service was fast, professional, and top-notch from start to finish. If you ever need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend 1-TOM-PLUMBER and definitely ask for Melvin (MEL)!

As a maintenance supervisor and former plumber I must say working with Brooklyn, Scott, Alejandro and the rest of the crew has been wonderful. Everyone is super knowledgeable of their job and show true skill craft. I use 1 tom for my apartment complex that I manage because of the prompt response fair pricing and most importantly knowing the job will get done the right way the first time!

Dan and 1-tom-plumbing was outstanding! Called in the morning, was out by the afternoon and resolved the issue with our condensate line which roofing line punctured with a nail.
